Reno Warehousing and Logistics (RWL) functions as a Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider, providing full service warehousing and distribution services.

RWL – We are warehousing and logistics experts with specialized knowledge and experience in managing various aspects of the Supply Chain; including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

Our Customizable, scalable, and personalized warehousing solutions enable us to seamlessly integrate with enterprises of various sizes.  At RWL we become an extension of small start-ups, mid-sized companies, and large-scale corporations requiring efficient warehousing and distribution solutions.

Pick & Pack

RWL’s Pick and Pack Fulfillment processes can satisfy all distribution channels such as e-Commerce fulfillment, Direct to Consumer (D2C), Business to Business e-Commerce (B2B), Amazon Shipping Services (SFP, FBA and FBM), Consumer Packaged Goods and Subscription Box Fulfillment

The pick and pack fulfillment process initiates when a customer places an order on your website or an e-Commerce website.  This process involves electronically receiving the order, accurately selecting items or multiple orders from a warehouse or fulfillment center, followed by packing them in accordance with a specific standard operating procedure.  This may include additional tasks such as kitting or custom packaging.

Subsequently, a shipping label is affixed to the package, and it is shipped directly to the customer.  Our pick and pack fulfillment processes can satisfy all distribution channels.

  • e-Commerce Fulfillment

e-Commerce fulfillment encompasses the efficient and precise handling of customer orders made through online platforms or websites. This process includes receiving, processing, packaging, and shipping products to fulfill online purchases. It plays a crucial role in the realm of online retail by ensuring prompt order fulfillment and doorstep delivery for customers. In today’s business environment, implementing effective e-commerce order fulfillment is essential. Failing to do so can put you at a disadvantage, making it vital to excel in this area to meet your customers’ expectations and differentiate yourself from competitors. Keeping your customers satisfied by providing same-day shipping, hassle-free returns, and accurate warehouse inventory management is paramount for achieving success. Engaging an experienced third-party logistics provider or fulfillment company can greatly assist in excelling in e-commerce operations and cultivating customer loyalty.

  • Direct to Consumer (D2C)

Our aim is to streamline the shipping process and ensure that your products reach your customers quickly and accurately.  Utilizing our expertise and Warehouse Management System (WMS), we create a distinctive B2C fulfillment service designed specifically for your business, and we take pride in delivering a high standard of service to our clients. With our deep industry expertise, we delve into the intricacies of your supply chain to develop a customized solution that perfectly suits your needs. When it comes to delivering directly to consumers, we recognize the unique requirements involved. Our integration process is robust, guaranteeing a seamless experience from start to finish. We prioritize building strong, end-to-end relationships that foster open communication and trust between you and your customers.

  • Business to Business / Retail Fulfillment

B2B or Retail Fulfillment shipping, is a critical component of supply chain management for your business, as it ensures that businesses receive the necessary inputs and resources to maintain their operations or fulfill customer demands. Efficient and reliable B2B shipping is essential for maintaining smooth business-to-business transactions, meeting production or service deadlines, and ultimately satisfying the needs of the end customers.  To ensure your product arrives to your customer without problems, we specialize in vendor compliance, packaging and labeling, compliance with regulations and documentation accuracy.  With our implemented practices, it minimizes exposure for your company to receive charge backs from your customers.

  • Amazon Shipping Services (FBA, FBM and SFP)

If you sell your products on Amazon, it’s crucial to have a reliable fulfillment partner you can trust. Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is an excellent alternative for sellers who either want to avoid the additional expenses of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or do not meet its requirements. With SFP, you can still reach the vast audience of Amazon Prime members while taking charge of fulfilling and shipping orders from your own facilities, rather than relying on Amazon’s fulfillment centers. At RWL, we understand the complexities and frequent changes associated with SFP requirements, and our knowledgeable team has extensive experience in meeting them. You can trust us to handle these matters, relieving you of any worries. The Amazon order fulfillment process with SFP shares similarities with both FBA and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) shipping options. Like FBM, you are responsible for storing, picking, packing, and shipping the products to your customers, as well as managing all customer communications. However, SFP also grants you access to Prime customers, allowing you to compete with businesses that pay substantial fees for FBA.

  • Subscription Boxes

At Reno Wareshousing and Logistics (RWL), we specialize in handling the unique requirements of recurring shipments, ensuring that each subscription box is accurately assembled, properly packaged, and delivered on time. This allows your company to focus on curating and marketing your products while leaving the logistics and fulfillment tasks to the experts at RWL.

  • Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics refers to the process of managing the flow of products or materials from the consumer back to the manufacturer, retailer, or a designated point in the supply chain. It involves the handling of returned, damaged, defective, or expired products and the efficient management of the entire reverse supply chain.  At Reno Warehousing and Logistics (RWL) we believe that reverse logistics management is crucial for minimizing costs, optimizing inventory levels, reducing waste, and improving customer satisfaction. It ensures that returned products are properly handled, their value is maximized, and the impact on the environment is minimized through responsible disposal and recycling practices.
